should kids chew gum a school

I think that kids should not chew gum at school because there will be gum everywhere and if you put your hand under a table there will be gum under it and you will touch other people gum, or there will be gum stuck in the carpet. what if someone you pick up someone's gum by accident and they are sick then you will be sick as well.
