what I did in the holidays
(Meka Meka wake-up) I wake up at 8:00 I walk outside and run up the steep hill my dad gives me a breakfast sandwich. I eat most of it then I give the rest of it to Carlos. After breakfast, I go back down the steep hill into the hot container and get ready for a swim in the lake. We drive down the lake from the hot dry land. we get to the lake at around 9:00 to 10:00. The lake is cold but refreshing the sand is soft like a pillow. After getting used to the water. Me and Carlos talk for a bit before my baby sister Bella wanted to get in the cold blue water. After swimming, we dried out on the hot boiling sand my sister Bella came and chilled out on Rocco's nice warm towel and got it all wet. We packed up all of the stuff and got dressed into our cloves and headed back to the dry sally land and had our lunch. After lunch, we cleaned up our campsite. Then waited for some family friends to come. After 1 or 2 hours they finally came there was a mum and a dad 3 kids they were all girls and their granddad. they gave me a present and some money for my birthday. we all got ready for tea. when we all got into Moana. we went into the pub of tea. when we got our seats we waited for hours but it felt like days. When my dad finally arrived we ordered tea. I had chicken nuggets and ice cream. After diner, all the kids walked down to the playground there were some apples on the grass so we played with for a bit. After being on the playground we headed back to the loud crazy pub. My dad told me and my friends to go to the skate park across the road and we talked for more than an hour. when we got back to the hot dry land. We said bye to our family friends. Me and Rocco open the gate for them. Their dad threw lollypops at my head because I said I don't like him. After the family left I had my birthday cake and then I went to bed in my dad's truck and I missed out on the new Year's count down.
