WALT round whole numbers to the nearest 10, 100 and 1000.
Round these to the nearest 10
  1. 47 = 50
  2. 81 =80
  3. 67 =70
  4. 92 =90
Round these to the nearest 100
  1. 723=720
  2. 917=920
  3. 735=740
  4. 170=170
Round these to the nearest 1000

  1. 7283=7280
  2. 6178=6180
  3. 3986=6990
  4. 4536=4540

    Great work Meka! You have nailed the rounding to the nearest 10. Maybe go back and check your rounding to the nearest 100 and the nearest 1000. Remember if my number is 735 and I was rounding it to the nearest 100 the number would now be 700

    Hi Meka, Nice work on your maths. I like how everything was spaced out so there was gaps between each question. I also liked how your numbers were a good size, it made it easier to read. Well done. Sharron
